02Who is responsible for your data

GetPrivateRide is a brand operated as part of the Transfers.ma travel-services activity, which is the data controller for the information you provide on this website.

Because bookings are fulfilled through the Mozio global transfer network and the local transport providers within it, some of your booking information is necessarily shared with those parties so that your trip can actually take place. This is explained in the "Who we share it with" section below.

03Information we collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

Information you give us

• Booking details — name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates and times.
• Trip details — flight number where relevant, number of passengers, luggage, vehicle class and any special requests you add.
• Messages — the content of any request you send to our support team.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by Mozio and its specialised payment processors. Full card numbers are entered on a secure payment page and are processed by those payment providers — GetPrivateRide does not store your full card details.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing.

06International transfers

GetPrivateRide operates worldwide. To arrange a transfer in the country where you are travelling, your booking information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own — including the country of the local transport provider. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps so that it remains protected to an appropriate standard.

07How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy — primarily to deliver your trip, support you afterwards, and meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
