The agreement between you and GetPrivateRide when you book a private transfer through our platform.
Welcome to GetPrivateRide. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking service offered through it. By searching for a transfer, creating a booking or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
GetPrivateRide is a brand operated as part of the Transfers.ma travel-services activity. We act as an online travel intermediary: we help you find, compare and reserve private ground-transport services worldwide. We do not own vehicles and we do not employ drivers ourselves.
Our role is to connect you with professional ground-transport providers. Bookings made on GetPrivateRide are fulfilled through the Mozio global transfer network, which contracts with thousands of licensed local transport companies in more than 180 countries.
This means there are normally three parties involved in any trip:
We select partners for their licensing, insurance and service standards, but the transport service itself is supplied and operated by the local provider, not by GetPrivateRide.
When you complete a booking you will receive a written confirmation by email. A booking is only valid once that confirmation has been issued. The confirmation sets out the key details of your trip — pick-up location, destination, date, time, vehicle class and the total price.
Please check your confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it. If any detail is wrong — a misspelled address, an incorrect flight number, the wrong date — contact us straight away so it can be corrected before your travel date.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including a correct flight number where the trip is an airport pick-up, a reachable phone number and the correct number of passengers and items of luggage.
GetPrivateRide works on a fixed-price model. The price you see and accept at the time of booking is the price for the trip described in your confirmation. There is no meter and no surge pricing.
The quoted price covers the agreed journey. It does not include optional extras you may request directly from the driver on the day, additional waiting time beyond the included allowance, road tolls or parking charges where these are not stated as included, or charges arising from changes you make to the trip.
Prices are shown in the currency selected at booking. Where your card is issued in a different currency, your bank's exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fees apply; these are set by your bank and are outside our control.
Good to know. Because the price is fixed in advance, traffic delays, longer routes or busy travel periods do not change what you pay for the journey you booked.

If the number of passengers or items of luggage exceeds what the booked vehicle can safely carry, the driver may be unable to complete the trip, and a refund may not be possible in that situation.
For airport pick-ups, your driver monitors your flight where a valid flight number was provided, and adjusts the pick-up time for reasonable delays. A waiting-time allowance is included after your flight lands so you have time to clear immigration and collect baggage.
For pick-ups from a hotel, home or other address, the included waiting allowance begins at the confirmed pick-up time.
If your driver is not at the meeting point, please do not leave or arrange alternative transport before contacting our 24/7 support line. If you leave without contacting us, the trip may be treated as a no-show and a refund may not be possible.
Plans change, and we try to keep our booking conditions flexible. The cancellation and refund rules that apply to your booking are set out in full in our dedicated Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In short: cancellations made far enough in advance are generally eligible for a refund, while cancellations very close to the pick-up time, or no-shows, may not be. The exact deadlines for your trip are shown during booking and in your confirmation email.
GetPrivateRide takes care to work with licensed and insured transport partners and to present their services accurately. However, because the transport itself is carried out by the local provider, our responsibility as an intermediary has limits.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
When using GetPrivateRide you agree not to make fraudulent or speculative bookings, not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website, and not to behave in a way that is unsafe, abusive or unlawful towards a driver or other passengers.
We may decline or cancel a booking, or withdraw access to the service, where there is a genuine concern about fraud, safety or misuse.
The GetPrivateRide name, logo, website design, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the site for the purpose of making and managing your own bookings. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially reuse the content of the site without our permission.
If something goes wrong, please contact our support team first — most issues are resolved quickly and informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, where the Transfers.ma activity behind GetPrivateRide is based, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be dealt with by the competent courts, subject to those mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown at the top. The Terms that apply to a booking are those in force at the time the booking is made.
